We have always been fascinated by manufactured housing, so we were thrilled when friends asked us to work with Blu Homes Co. on a 2nd-home fire rebuild in Kenwood. We designed a free-standing garage and two site-built connecting elements with three of their prefabricated modules, arranged around an existing pool. One of our custom design elements serves as the main entrance, as well as the link between the main “Butterfly” house and the guest cabana.
